Instruction:

The proposed project involves the construction of 8 modern townhouses, each approximately 1,345 square feet, resulting in a total of 10,760 square feet of livable space. The development will be situated on a 19,028-square-foot lot, which currently houses a 791-square-foot structure slated for demolition. This project aims to maximize the efficient use of the site while providing thoughtfully designed living spaces that align with contemporary urban lifestyles.

Site Plan

In our design, we have carefully planned the layout to offer a variety of living options that cater to different needs and preferences. The development features two Type A houses in the entrance building, strategically positioned for easy access while maintaining privacy. These homes are designed to create a strong connection to the street while also providing serene living spaces. Moving inward, four Type B houses are located in the second building, offering a balance of private and communal areas. With larger floor plans and strategically placed windows, these units provide expansive views of the surrounding environment, enhancing the residents' connection to nature.

Site Bird View :

At the heart of the development, two Type C houses are thoughtfully designed with a focus on maximizing interior space and natural light. These units offer a retreat-like atmosphere, with optimized layouts that allow for comfortable living while maintaining a sense of privacy and tranquility. The Type C houses are strategically placed between the Type B units, with an atrium designed in the middle of the building to enhance natural lighting. The atrium acts as a light well, allowing sunlight to penetrate deeper into the building while maintaining privacy and flow. A hallway runs beneath the atrium, further emphasizing its role in creating a dynamic interior environment.

Each house type is a distinct expression of modern living, designed to enhance the overall functionality of the site and its aesthetic appeal. The combination of these typologies allows for a diverse range of experiences, ensuring that every resident finds a home that suits their lifestyle.
